Cindy Pickett is one of the talented actresses of Hollywood who had not only served the film industry but has also shown her talent in the television industry. Her acting was liked by the audience and she had served the industry for a very long time. Though she had done many films and television series but she is mostly known for her role as Jackie Marler- Spaulding which she portrayed in the television series Guiding Light and many other roles.
Cindy Pickett was born in Sand Springs in Oklahoma on 18th of April in 1947. She was the daughter of Cecil Pickett who was a teacher at the Houston University and was a director too.
After completing her studies, she started her acting career. In 1976, she started her acting career and the starting period of her acting career was quite tough as she was not able to get the roles easily and the roles which she gets were not able to give her fame and appreciation. After this, she did a few movies and drama series but none of her work was that much good that she can win an award. Her acting was appreciated but never was at that height where an actress can win any prestigious award.
In 1986, Cindy Pickett got married to Lyman Ward. Both the actors met on the sets of the Ferris Bueller’s Day. The roles which they were assigned were of husband and wife. During the shooting they both fell in love and later got married but their married life did not go long and in 1992 they had a divorce and they parted away.
