Erica Leerhsen Biography

Erica Leerhsen is an American actress and known well for her roles in horror films, born in New York City on February 14, 1976 and had two younger sisters. Her father Charles Leerhsen was an editor for Celebrity Publication Us Weekly. She ceased her studies from ‘Ossining High School’, ‘St. Augustine’s School’ and finally graduated from ‘Boston University College of Fine Arts’ in 1998 and earned her BFA degree in acting.

Erica had her first debut in a short film Junior Creative in 2000. Later she appeared in horror films and has given her best in all type of roles. She also appeared in television series like “Scorpions” Season three, Allies, Ghost Whisperer, and CSI: Miami and more. Her films are: Book’s Of Shadow Blair Witch 2, Anything Else, The Warrior Class, Little Athens, Hollywood Ending, Lonely Joe, The Message and many others.

Erica was honored with Arrow in the Head Mistress in 2003 which was her worldwide success. Currently she was living in Los Angeles and married to Professional Cyclist Antony Galvan in February 2007, later they had separation in 2007 and filed papers for divorce in 2008.

Erica had a lead role in horror film “Living Hell” and its premier was shown on SCI FI Channel on February 2008 in United States. In 2009, she was casted in another horror film Lonely Joe and after its shooting when she came back to hometown and heard about her brother’s murder. It was a terrible moment for her when she recognized her brother’s dead body out of fifty.
